Beyond 4 saw an opportunity and wanted to find a way to make iBuying more accessible for those not accustomed to a digital real estate shopping experience. They knew they wanted to start by attracting clients with a sleek-looking interface, but didn’t know the best way to elevate their brand and make it accessible. That’s when FMK Agency came in and helped put a plan in motion.
Though still in development, Beyond 4 became a concept brand that we built in collaboration with RE/MAX Metro. Together, we designed and implemented a user-friendly digital buying experience that helped clients better navigate the digital shopping space. Now, people can easily use their site to quickly look for, bid on, and sell property from any device.

Beyond 4 is a concept brand that integrates the latest real estate technology with a revolutionary platform that makes it easier to bid on and sell homes. Users can log in and create an account, then find homes in their area to bid on. Members also have the ability to list their property and sell their home through Beyond 4, giving people options on ways to use the app.
